Lomme, a company that stands for Light Over Matter Mind Evolution, has created an egg shaped, pod-like bed in which one can float away into a deep sleep.  Its cocoon like structure is the perfect place to  get a great nights rest because you feel like you are literally nestled in an egg; this to many revives the feeling of being cocooned in the arms of a parent, much like a baby. 

The man behind this modern, technologically friendly bed is Günther Thöny of the Thony Projekt.  This Lomme bed offers a variety of lighting and sound features, along with massage therapies.  The bed comes with a built in ipod station to allow the user to listen to anything they want right in their bed without any inconvienient wires or headphones, excluding all external noise.
