Today was a landmark occasion in the city of brotherly love both by fashion and  event scale standards.  As David Evangelista said while he emcee’d “We are having a baby, PFW is born!” That is absolutely the truth, Philadelphia has a large amount of fashion, culture, and style driven people but never a mecca of this calibar to celebrate all of these spectacular things and finally that door has opened!

Upon entry into PFW you are greeted by many smiling staff members, a large silver metallic circular bar, and today there were two yummy munchie offerings: Lucky Strike offered mini cheeseburgers and Trio Restaurant offered garlic chicken on cucumbers:DE-LICIOUS!

Each designer participating in PFW brings their own specialty to the event, from fabrics, colors, messages behind their line, to seasonal creativity.  It is so exciting to see so many talented people finally able to come together in such a fantastic city.
