How Sweet It Is (HSII), a specialty bake shop located on Allen Street in the ‘hipster’ downtown Lower East Side of Manhattan.  Owners Ellen Sternau and Beth Pilar both grew to follow their passion for food and did their best to express this love through pastries.  This later led them to what is today a creative, high-end custom bakery that provides clients with excellence in design and flavor. 

All mini pasteries and lavish desserts are created tastefully and plated elegantly to wow guests and keep them asking where your scrumptious sweets were purchased.
